Safety is the most important aspect of any project. A clear communication of goals and training is the compelling force behind the Talon/LPE “top down” safety culture. The management of Talon/LPE is committed to providing a safe work environment for all our employees, subcontractors, and clients. This is accomplished by creating a culture that is ingrained in all of our employees. A full-time Corporate Health and Safety Staff, combined with daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA) meetings, monthly safety meetings, and an overall awareness of safe working conditions has allowed Talon/LPE to excel in creating a safe work environment. Talon/LPE has instituted a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Program to ensure all employees and subcontractors perform assigned duties in a safe and environmentally conscious manner.
